Hmmm... On their detailing page, there are no details on what they exactly do. All it says is that they hand wash to remove dirt and toxins, then machine polish, then apply paint protection.
From what I have seen, most professional detailers will tell you the number of steps involved, like how many polishing steps, whether they clay or not, etc. This site doesn't tell you all that much.
I'd probably have to go there and see for myself what they actually do before I'd let them touch my car.
