How about this idea...
Top 3 from Q3 get points (3 points for Pole, 2 for 2nd, and 1 for 3rd)
Grid in reverse order for Q3 cars BUT here is the kicker to ensure no one quali slow on purpose, if your time from Q3 is slower than your Q2 time, you go back to the back
Don't you dare say what happens if it rains in Q3... I haven't thought this part out yet
