will adding a valve to an exhaust that wasnt designed to have them change anything in terms of sound levels ?
for example the valved gintani exhaust looks like their regular muffler with the addition of two QTP valves and it seems to change the sound.

now if i was to add two QTP valves to my exhaust would this do anything or will it be a waste of money and im better off just change my muffler to something that is designed with it.
