No stardard tire warranty for us in Canada. BMW also has a policy that they don't patch tires, they just give you a new one. I got tire protection on my old BMW (run flats) and replaced 4 tires in 3 years. Out of pocket it would cost ~300 each. However that being said, each time I got a new tire, the car would jerk on worn out pavement groves. The thread was uneven and this I didn't like. With my M3, I opted for no protection, so far, 1 screw in 11 months. I just patched it for $20 and forgot about it. I think I will go through tires faster than I pick up screws.
