SAN JOSE (AP) – A San Jose woman has been arrested for the seventh time in the past three months, accused of vandalizing luxury vehicles in Alameda and Santa Clara counties.
San Jose police arrested 30-year-old Nancy Chi Ni on Saturday after she allegedly vandalized a BMW 335, a Honda CRV and a Mercedes-Benz E-320 at Westfield Valley Fair mall.
Police spokesman Officer Jose Garcia says was Ni booked into the Santa Clara county jail on suspicion of three counts of vandalism and one count of committing a felony while out on bail. The San Jose Mercury News reports Ni
had previously bonded out following an arrest for a similar offense.
Sheriff’s officials says Ni is being held on $1 million bail.

A San Jose woman already facing charges of vandalizing luxury cars in Santa Clara and Alameda counties by scratching the paint has been arrested again for allegedly gouging two vehicles with a pair of scissors, authorities said Wednesday.
Nancy Chi Ni, 30, was arrested Saturday in San Jose outside the Westfield Valley Fair mall, where she allegedly vandalized a Mercedes-Benz E320 and a 2007 BMW 335i, said Amy Cornell, spokeswoman for the Santa Clara County district attorney.
Ni was out on bail at the time. Prosecutors believe she is also responsible for taking a pair of scissors to luxury cars in Pleasanton, Milpitas, San Jose, Santa Clara and Sunnyvale since June.
All the damaged cars were BMWs or Mercedes. Prosecutors aren't sure what prompted the attacks, and noted that Ni herself drives a 2009 BMW 328
