No, the kit will not pass smog but you can just swap the x-pipe section for smog inspection which is a very easy job. The car without a delete-r from akrapovic or an aftermarket tune will make the o2 sensors turn on. Yes, this exhaust may void your exhaust warranty and possibly others because some dealerships are horrible.
