Mine has rattled from the factory. I think it's coming from the box in the center of the roof (with the lights and heating/cooling.) I had them look at it when I took it in for the break-in service, and they took it apart, and put it back together, only now it's worse.
I would check that part, if I were you -- it was pretty difficult for me to pinpoint it to that location.
