Can you give an example of a BMW 'goodwill' action? I'm trying to get a sense of what the term 'goodwill' means in this context.
I had the airbag module fail on my A4 6 months after the warranty expired. Audi NA and the dealership covered 2/3's of the cost with me paying the last 1/3. Would that be an example?
