From what I hear it is attached with the black glue they use to install windshields. I hear it is very difficult to remove and can damage/dent the roof trying to pry it off, even with heat...
I want to paint mine black, but I dont think ill be pulling it off. If anything ill throw abig plastic cover over the car, and pop the fin through it to paint it...
