Embattled Atlanta Falcon Michael Vick has a friend — and fellow doggie disrespecter — in Stephon Marbury.

"I think we don't say anything about people who shoot deer or shoot other animals," the Knick point guard told Capital News 9, an Albany TV station. "You know, from what I understand, dog fighting is a sport. It's just behind closed doors. I think it's tough that we build up Michael Vick and then we break him down."

OK I'm not really a hunter but I'm fairly confident they just shoot and eat the deer. Not catch a few and make them fight to the death for the entertainment of a bunch of rich asswipes. It's OK though because I guess it's just a sport. You know like tennis, golf, or basketball.

The NBA needs to institute an IQ test for its players. I mean why not? They already had to tell them how to dress themselves.
