Man... you need to go talk to a therapist. There are definitely some underlying issues that are causing your insecurity. Next time you think to yourself that some girl is thinking "wtf is that" ask yourself why you are thinking that way. Little by little that voice/idea will mute itself and you will have more confidence. You are definitely showing signs of social anxiety and low self-esteem. But, what do I know? I am just a garbage man.
