I have run 265/30 and 285/35 on 19x9.5 +22 and 19x10.5 +20 lowered on H&R with slight rubbing in the back due to the height of the tire. I also currently have 275/30 and 295/30 on the same wheels with no rubbing. Based on your wheels and desire to run a 10mm spacer in the back you should go with a 275/30. I would definitely ditch that 245/35 in the front and step up to a 255/35 or 265/30 which should both fit no problem.
