Yama Sushi on the Lake in Mission Viejo. The sushi bar is excellent and there is also a very nice view of the lake from the outside patio. We eat there often outstanding owner and staff. The California Automotive Teachers had their evening meeting there, for our SoCal conference, with an excellent group menu.
