I bought a set of wheels 3rd hand that came with TPMS. The last owners car and my car are both 2011. He had no issues with the TPMS warning coming on. I, on the other hand, did. I replaced my TPMS today with some RS Technik pieces and everything is back to functioning normally.
One thing that's strange is the date on the TPMS says "08/03/10" so one would think they are ok for 2011. I tried to reset the TPMS from inside the car over 20 times. Also, the tire shop said all 4 sensors were reading just fine, so the batteries arent dead. With that said, what are the chances these are from an 08/09 car?
