Yeah - in Hollywood.
Just moved here from NYC - lucky me in terms of timing, i guess. but for the neighborhood-wide phone call re: "11 suspicious events in your area" that went out from LAPD @ 5AM, i wouldn't have known that something was happening. haven't seen any evience of the damage roadside, etc.
still, i have friends visiting tonight and they're now generally uncomfortable about parking on the street, etc. more importantly, however, is the fact that
no Ms were harmed during the course of the fires ...
