Yea it will rub, especially if you lower it.
However, must of the rubbing will be on the bumper, where its considerably thicker than the quarter panel. Our quarter panels are completely factory rolled, so there is no more room there unless you pull it, but that looks purely disgusting.
The bumper can be slightly trimmed and completely out of sight as far as it being modified.
