I wonder if the problem stems from Capital One Financing. Many dealers HATE and let me state HATE Cap One cuz they have to wait ages for the money to come through long after the car has left the dealership
So the question is, did the dealer KNOW you were funding this through pre- approved CAP ONE Financing via their on line application?
Also very interesting they brought in new counsel. Did someone from VT corporate step in and put the kabosh on this?
I wonder if Husker thinks it's better to not part with the car and let Ken rack up the legal bills. I guess they'd rather take more hits on their reputation have more eyes pass judgment on them than just let an over rated car get sold for a loss.
