Shells as hoped for, no crazy wear, would probably been fine for plenty more miles but wanted to have it done/limit risk so very happy. Shop guessed the spots is coming from long stand still which was the case before I bought it. I DD since 4.5 years.
Replaced with ACL Race bearings (HX, increased clearance) and ARP 625s.

Man, these look good! I had my replaced at the same mileage and they were much worse. Car was supercharged for about 4k miles and I have no idea about previous owners warmup care, etc. Oil intervals were about 6-7k miles.
Good to know that with proper care even oem bearings are good for probably at least 50-60k.
Which brand oil did you use?
