ouch ya I could have told you that. the plastic is to new and fresh so its trying to breath through the paint. Your getting a yellow bleed through the paint right?

only 3 options really

1.) 6 coats of paint to cover the bleed.

2.) paint none sanded (use scuff pads instead) numbers will stil be visible though

3.) sand, primer, blocksand, primer prep, paint
