No program, but I used a basic bodybuilding split:

Day 1: Chest, triceps
Day 2: Back, biceps
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: OFF
Day 5: Shoulders, traps
Day 6: Chest, triceps
Day 7: Back, biceps
Day 8: OFF
...

abs every other day
