Well I hope I can use mine in Spain! I'm driving through France to Northern Spain in August, and it will be good to keep up with the football scores from the new season (English league season kicks off on 16th August!)
It's accessed through the iDrive Communication selection. It's called BMW Connected Drive. If you can't see that then perhaps it can be done via an upgrade, but then again, it may not be available for the Spanish market
Another good feature is the ability to use Google to send addresses - business and private to the iDrive unit. You can then use your Satnav to find directions to it...
