I understand that it is in their nature to be a bit pushy, but this was the most unpleasant part of my M3 acquisition process. Some people don't know how to take "No Thanks" for an answer. I have been very pleased with everyone at my dealership EXCEPT the finance manager - seriously I think this guy needs a crash course on client etiquette. The WORST was when he attempted to assume a condescending tone, when I declined his offers to "take advantage of competitive finance rates" and purchase XYZ Coverage Plan(s). He was like, "Hey I'm lookin' out for ya!"...ya right - he's lookin' out for his cut...I assured him that I am an extremely informed consumer and know perfectly well what I am doing and can manage without the "unique hassle-free benefits" provided by XYZ Coverage Plan(s).
