My ideal year round daily driver would be a Porsche 911 twin turbo. I would put snows on it in the winter. I am in the "I enjoy my car by driving it" group rather than the "I enjoy my car by keeping it in the garage while I drive a beater" group. My E90 M3 is my daily driver now that my 550 rwhp E36 M3 is a bit too ratty to daily drive. I prefer the E36 M3, but my wife is not really interested in riding in it. I have snow wheels for both cars and run them year round in NH, where we get 5-10 feet of snow.
