No, actually that was just the result of doing the PP on my laptop. The laptop screen is really bright and whenever I think something looks good on the laptop, it always is too dark on any other screen.

I have a CPL for my 55-250mm, but not for the 10-22mm. I'll look for an ND and a GND for that, though, as I'll probably be shooting a lot of pics with a horizon.
