That's a pretty slick product and I'd like to get some for various uses but consider what the impact would be if a tanker full of that stuff spilled...
I have 4 spots on the driveway of my mom's house that are permanently water sealed from me using extreme tire shine (once) when I was a teenager. Literally these spots are bright white every time it rains and this was about 12 years ago!
