I live in Redwood City and got an M3 sedan from Steven's Creek BMW and got a great deal. It was below MSRP. I deal with Michael Aries who was a great sales guy...no b.s., no pressure...just a nice person who was helpful and ensured I left the dealership happy.
Right now, I would not purchase anything above MSRP and I am sure you can go below MSRP.
