Yes.
Dropping your car off in Munich will be quicker than any of the other European drop-off locations.
On the receiving end here in the States, east coasters obviously enjoy a quicker reception in Newark vs. the West Coast folks w/ Port Hueneme...however delays within the chain of transportation plus hold-ups at customs can have their way of changing that too.
