yes, your low bean, high bean still performs as per normal. this angel eye is merely parkers light.
also, given that its 360 degrees LED, it is super bright even during day light as your day time driving light, comes to night time you switch on your low bean, its business as usual, plus u see small rims of blue angel eye.
