How many hours of sleep do you guys get a day? I just graduated from college so I'm used to 5-6. I can't sleep till midnight no matter what I do or how hard I work out. Problem is that although I'm awake and at work on time I'm brain dead and have severe ADD in the morning. The best way I can explain it is that my head is an empty vessel in the morning...no thinking no nothing...I'm on autopilot, same after lunch
. I can feel my eyes glazing over when ppl start talking to me about anything work related and I can't remember anything during this period. Is it a lack of sleep or am I just screwed up?
