I'm obviously biased for IB.
Yet Lemans is also a great color.
Honestly, I feel Lemans may be more of a vibrant color than than IB, but IB is more of a deeper/creative color. I feel that Lemans is slightly more of a youthful color, since it has more of the brighter blue within it.
IB definitely looks like a 'blueberry' color during the sunlight. Though I have to admit that IB looks super aggressive in the evening time (when sunlight is dimming).
Btw, I have IB and 18's, and it looks awesome!
