I second this, never take the car to a dealer for any body work, I use IND too and am in the south suburbs. I know that dealership well, they used to be in the south subs before moving; I always thought they had a good rep but this isn't what they advertise. Sorry to hear about your problems. The only thing a dealer is good for is warrenty work, that's it.
