It sits in the sun while I am at work (40-50 hours per week). The adhesive tape is still nice and soft/spongy like it should be. It's not hard and dry, obviously not UV damaged. The foam tape stuff failed (adhesive layer ripped off), not the adhesive so it doesn't seem heat related.
