I don't think the mats for the M3 are W'Techs best effort . I've had other cars and always used W'Tech and I've never had problems with Salt stains before.

Do you mean on the floor to the right of the gas pedal? Wow, I guess I've forgotten how much snow/salt/grime gets brought into the car in Ontario! I agree, the mat is slightly shallow at that corner to accommodate the pedal.
