The above sounds about right, I picked up a 09 with less than 2500 miles in Nov for around 65 before tax, I feel I paid to much, but it was Bluebook and there is no point in crying over split milk.
I would keep lookin though. Try to find something newer if you are wiling to pay 60, the added year of warranty and the 09 idrive is far superior. 5k worth, thats your call, but the 2011 are now arriving so the 08's should drop like a rock, and the amount of people now getting out of 3 year leases is also increasing, so there may be more availability.
