i'm sure there are a few of those threads around.. I think of them as "income preserver" devices.. we know these do not work Most of the time and a smart officer knows how to pinch a person with all the laws, tools, personnel, and P.C. at his disposal.
here we just passed a new law "no cell, or texting while driving" (thank god on the texting part) its now a Primary violation, like no seat belts.
obviously everybody knows a officers opinion on all these devices..
. I dont want to go off topic any more than i have..
