Do the Advan wheels come with the correct center bore and bolt pattern (no dual hole sets). Do they have the STL test reports published? Are the wheels cast, pressure cast, semi forged, forged, flow formed, etc.? How much do they weigh?

Wow, lots of questions. Here is what i know about the Advan RS (and I am not an expert like LMB)
They are flow formed, the lightest available 18" wheels as of now.
The 18x9.5 and 18x10 surely have the correct 5x120 bolt pattern for the M3. Never seen the STL test, but the Advans are well known to racing circles and respected.
