Your eyes must work differently than mine, and I have also lived with it. Hopefully, you're not relying on the "crazy," but attractive, photographs that show up on the internet, because they are not "reality." Given all the software crap that gets superimposed on digital photos these days, you have to see something in person to judge reality.
I can't say that I have any clue what "cues of [name your color]" means, but I have not seen anything approximating "green" in this color, in any lighting condition. It does tend to reflect whatever sky color it finds itself under. In sunlight, it is nothing other than a very nice silver. Under grey, it does have a "bluish" tint.
Thankfully, we never have "green clouds" where I live.
