Ohhhhhh man! What a joke! I lived there for 4 years...and they opened up the main arteries just before I left.
Last I heard....it was at $16B....and going. They had tons of leaks/flooding during the very first rain storm after it opened!
When I drove through it....it already looked ghetto!! It had just opened and already it was dumpy, dirty, and looked 10 years old!!
I am glad I no longer live there.
