Lets check how many times you are wrong with your statement:
1. RS4/ R8 produce 420hp from an NA 4.2 liter V8
2. The 2.0T in the old A4 had 200hp and the new version has 210hp.
3. The RS6 has 570 hp from a 5.2 liter V10
4. The old RS6 has 450hp from a 4.2 liter V8
To me it seems like Audi has produced 4 engines with over 100hp per liter, 3 of which engines are currently produced. Keep goin with your logic though, fanboy.
Edit: the B8 S4 will produce at least 350hp from a 3.0 liter SC engine
