well, if you're not down with some gloss black wheels, i've always been a fan of bronze/gold wheels on blue cars. i'm also not a fan of loud colors, so i'd also go with a bronze or gold tint coat or matte finish. this would change my preference of caliper colors though... something that blends in well like a dark grey or black, maybe even body color matched calipers.
ignore the wheel style, but this is the color i'd favor for a blue car.
