No! My BMW rep's roommate works at a So.Cal Porsche dealership, and recently sold a used 997 turbo for under $100k. Maybe such a sale price wasn't the
norm, or maybe the Porsche didn't have alot of options. Who knows? ....but it happened.
Edit: A quick scan of AutoTrader.com netted me about 5 examples of 2007 Porsche Turbos in the $110-113k range (..
with the one selling for $113k being optioned out w/ NAV, upgraded wheels, etc.), so maybe the guy who purchased the used Turbo was good at negotiating. One can only speculate.
