Thanks all... Appreciate the quick replies. I might start simple ( sensor first)...and if that doesn't help I will look into the actuator valve. The car has been starting a little rough in the mornings when cold...idle dips down pretty low, almost stalls but then bounces back up and is fine.
Maybe the lower octane gas is just a coincidence...
