LOL. In the afternoon, we got to take an M6 gran coupe out for a scenic drive. During the drive, I got caught at a red light, and got left by a couple of the lead cars. Since we were on a back road, I gunned it to catch up to the other cars. It's amazing how bloody fast the M6 is - completely effortless....
In any case, I caught up to the cars, which started to slowdown, so I went to downshift when all of a sudden the steering wheel started vibrating like mad, and something in the drivetrain started making a 'crunchy' sound. Scared the crap out of me, I thought I destroyed the clutch (I was fighting with the gearbox all day). Turns out it was just the car proximity sensor going off, telling me to slow down!
