Most people in your case just get a oil pan warmer like below. BMW Edmonton puts them on all the time.

If you are looking for a used M3 talk to EEC Motors and get one imported from the US. 2 of my neighbours did it with great savings and TBH I'd do it too. I'd change the cluster though. |
Thanks for the info. I thought about importing but I'm worried about that warranty issue with US vehicles and BMW. Besides, I already have a nice Canadian M3 lined up in my price range that is local...assuming its still available when I'm ready to buy.
