Maybe I'll add the day. Since I want to keep this car for a long time, what is a day's cost for a proper break-in? I am also thinking of doing the TotD and head northeast via Blue Ridge Parkway.

Yep, that's the plan. Take delivery on Friday and have 1,200 mile service done on Monday.
