On the engine and a lot of the electronics including EDC we have the benefit of the M5 being a testing ground.
Oh and there was not many problems with the 01 E46 M3 except the hundreds of engines that literally blew up. M is going to be really extra cautious this time around with the car for the sake of their reputation on their flagship car.

I am under the impression BMW replaced the blown engines, right?
