Every time the car has said minimum oil level I have added a quart and all is well.

mdefalco25: I would suggest to reset it and see what it reads. If you're at the middle mark or above after it recalculates leave it alone until it says minimum engine oil level. Then add a quart and it should be at the top. Even if it's not don't add more.
