That's funny. "It's quieter" than a garbage truck.
I think the noise is somewhat dependent on proper bedding. My first set of RS29s squealed on the street, but not terribly so. They were dead quiet on the track when at temperature and working in adherent mode.
My new set of Pagid RS29s that I had put on a few weeks ago is noisier--a bit louder on the street, and still squeaky on the track, as you can probably hear in my two recent NJMP videos. I wonder if I didn't get this new set bedded in perfectly. I also have a new set of ST60 friction rings mounted, though, so it could be the fresh rotor set as well...
