Got flagged in the vicinity on I-405 N between Alameda and I-710 about a year and half ago. That area is a hot bed.
Now I'm avoiding the I-405 when I need to make runs between LA and OC.
I-405, I-105, I-605, 91, I-5! Seems like CHPs are busy chasing down hoodlums when I take that route!
