The ST pads also wear very quickly. After two track days with my new Pagid pads (F-RS29, R-RS19), there is no visible wear.

As far as noise, in my limited experience so far, they are quiet until you are just about to come to a stop. 5mph and under. Then they sound like a Greyhound Bus! This stopped after track sessions but it started to reappear on my way home after some normal street use.
